@Kaylie90

The most up to date information on your particular order should be available at https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order
Any mention of 'on back order' means there is no stock available to fulfill your order.

Once it’s on its way you should get two emails, one from Sky, and then one from DPD with details of your 1 hour delivery time slot and name of driver.

If you’ve ordered an iPhone 14~ There are major delays on all Apple devices, in particular the iPhone 14 range and especially the Pro and Pro Max. These are in short supply worldwide (on all networks, not just Sky), due to the Apple factory in China working at greatly reduced capacity because of further Covid lockdowns over there. This has been well documented in the national press and on TV.

You will not be billed for the phone until you receive it.

@Kaylie90

As all mobiles provided by Sky are unlocked you could have been using it with a sim from another provider. Having said that the Sky information does state you start paying once you activate the sim. If this doesn't rectify itself, or show as a credit on a future bill give Sky a call.

Then you will start to be billed for the phone.

You will be billed for the sim once you activate it which you need to do within 30 days.
