Hi @Abbie68 you can apply for an upgrade anytime after your first month but that would involve a considerable cost as the trade in value of your old phone wouldn't cover the remaining cost of the contract. The normal window on swap 24 is 24 months then the value of your swap phone should cover the remaining costs.
