Dose anyone know how to actually talk to someone who makes sense I bought a second hand phone and it's blacklisted

Perhaps start by talking to the person who sold you a blacklisted phone.

@Yogiyu You need to speak to the seller and if they won't engage then you speak to the police, Sky cannot and will not help in unblocking the phone.
