Aboard charges

I am being charged £116 for my monthly phone bill when I turned my data on for 5 minutes in the airport to activate my boarding passss while I was in Egypt

@Shannonhodg  Then you are liable for those charges as Egypt is clased as Rest of the world https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-mobile-roaming-rest-of-the-world

 

Data use in Egypt is £2.16 per MB

 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

That's only about 50MB of data - which is quite plausible...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
