Need help Samsung A57 constantly dropping WiFi ,tried loads of options but still doing it ,trying to chat online to sky but bot keeps sending me the same thing .
my phone model isn't listed on the mobile help option .any advice please

Hi @Maria+gregory have you tried rebooting your router and then your phone ?

Yes I have multiple times, done loads of options and it still keeps happening, my husband has exactly the same phone he has no problem
