A refund
Hi, I tried to get credit for a phone and a sim, I have perfect credit score, never missed one payment. Sky accepted and took my upfront payment, and the next day cancelled my order. I don't understand why, but I really need the initial money back as I need to get the phone, which I will by going with another provider. Can I please escalate this and receive the refund quicker? Thank you

The refund should be issued within 14 days but you could try calling to see if they can process it further as Sky's messaging team on here are unable to help with this.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can

Your credit check is not solely based on your payment record with Sky.

I understand that, but I was not with sky. I have never missed a payment on anything loan or anything before. I thinks it's very unfair they took the payment before doing all these checks, it should be checked before they take the upfront payment.
