A SIM card that I have ported to another provider is still showing on my bill

I ported my SIM from Sky to another provider on Monday but it is still showing as active on my account and is still included on my bill and future bills. Do I need to do something else to cancel it?

Hi @wendle73  if the port has completed successfully then that should cancel the existing sim.

It may be that it's still showing until your final bill is produced @wendle73   If it's still showing after that then call sky for help.
