8gb taken out of Piggybank?

I have accumulated a fare amount of data over the past year so chose to have a plan that only give me 100mb of data a month. I then 'roll data' every 23rd of the month. I do this personally. Why has 8gb of my personal data been debited out of my piggyback without my permission???????

Unused piggybank data remains in the piggybank for 12 months now before it is removed so it could be related to this.

I agree with @caesarome

So after 04/06/25 any data older than 12 months was removed as per the new Sky Mobile Piggybank T's and C's. Data in your Piggybank used to last for 3 years. It's now 12 months. So now at each billing date any data then over 12 months old is removed. Your bill should show this transaction.

Customers were made aware of this change in the April 2024 price change letters/emails but it's only come into effect this year which may be why quite a few customers have forgotten about it.
