I have recently noticed a increase on my bill. This seems to be due to a 85004 which is costing £1.50, which has added up alot.

I have checked my phone and I can't see how this has been activated

How do I check and am I entitled to any refund?

To stop the charges try texting the word STOP to the number. It's unlikely Sky will refund you. See this link for further information
