The 6 digit access code to my yahoo mail account isn't being sent to my mobile? Help?

You will need to call Sky on 150 and report this to them so it can be unvestigated by another team for you.

In the meantime you should still be able to access your Yahoo email account by downloading the mails to an app like Outlook.
