5G won’t work

Hi have iPhone 17pro with ESIM ans 5 G won't work!

gone through ALL the settings and still won't work. It's activated but won't connect.

Hi yes done all that.  As far as I can tell it should be all on. 
turned it on about 2 months ago and it's never worked!

have coverage in my area, I've checked all the settings, reinstalled the network settings from sky but nothing

Out of interest, does 4G work ?

Hiya yep 4G is all good, good signal. Everything seems all good just can't get any 5G

Sorry but just checking @Antb79 you have tried settings, mobile service, mobile data options, voice and data set to 5G auto ?

Hi yes gone through all the settings. 
reinstalled all the network settings from sky just to make sure there was nothing off in there.     Next step is to call sky.

Are you in a 5G area which is covered/supplied by 02?

Hi guys, Apple Store good shout, going by one today, I'll get them to take a look.  
yea have full coverage in my area.  Used to be on 02 before sky.

Hi update been in to sky and my account is in an "invalid state".  Had total to HQ to get sorted on the network which will take up to 3 days.  
so thanks for your help all, much appreciated.
