5G on and full signal but no data connectivity

I have 5G and full signal but I've been unable to use any mobile data. Internet browser doesn't load, WhatsApp doesn't connect etc. I've tried the following:


- turning mobile data on and off

- switching airplane mode on and off

- restarting my phone numerous times

 

Only able to use apps over Wi-Fi. This has happened for the whole day 24/02/25. The online sky support is useless. Anyone been experiencing the same or know how to fix this?

I've had the same issue all day, still not managed to get a resolution

Hi, I'm also having this problem! Only thing I can do is make phone calls bizarrely, anyone got a solution for it?

I've had this in the Yorkshire area since yesterday afternoon, the service on the service checker is reporting all ok, but i can't really use much on my phone

Got a new SIM card yesterday & still same issue - so let's see what else Sky recommend (it's not my phone as it works fine with my wife's sim)

Had same issue for 10 days sky are useless can't make calls can't use date can't send messages rung up they said it looked like id cancelled my sim I haven't at all they said 7-10 days to sort it still not working

Also had this problem for the last 3 days, tried all the usual tricks as well, says no issues in area, at least it's not just me, waiting for a call in regards to this

I haven't been able to use mine since Monday the 24th either what's going on doesn't say there's any issues at all

Mines been since the Monday before I rang sky they said it was showing I'd cancelled my sim I know fine well I hadn't so they sed they would send to tech team I waited 9 days n heard nothing so rang again the woman said it looked like a tech error their end n my plan had gone off my sky app everyone else's was their but when I went to roll data from piggy bank my sim wasn't an option on their that's now back on my app after over a week but still got no signal no texts I can't ring anyone I took sim out gave it a wipe put it back in and a message popped up saying a text has been sent from your sim I'm gonna have to ring up again it's draining spending hours on phone passed from dept to dept

Nope mines been the same for over two weeks I've rung about 9 times no one seems to know what to do they've tried issuing me with a new sim an eSIM as that would be quicker than posting a normal sim out I've activated it still no joy rang up again there going to try sending me a link with different apn settings doubt that will fix it either also tried telling me the mast in my area is down so no signal 🤣 funny that as we have 5 devices in the house n all work fine on sky except mine
