4g not working

Hi everyone, My phone has suddenly stopped working with 4g/5g in any area it shows on the phone but just isn't receiving data. No known issues with the areas and the phone is connecting to wifi and receiving calls. I've rebooted the phone multiple times, checked the SIM card and reset the network settings. It's a iPhone 12 and I've noticed that today the battery seems to be going down really quickly the battery is 81% health.

I've managed to fix it I think I had to update the mobile network settings. Not really sure why it suddenly did this but seems ok for now 🤞🏼
