I switched from Vodafone to sky and now my 4g is not working when it was perfect before. I only have lte which basically doesn't allow me to do anything on the internet.
I have followed the steps online. Sky mobile is under my apn under network

Hi there, i have the exact same issue.
I am signed up to Sky three weeks now and still have connection issues on 4G.
I have LTE in the top right hand corner of the phone.
Can someone contact me also to fix?

I tried to do what you sent me by text again and got the same result the page is just blank
