Hi, I have just signed up to Sky mobile. I only selected the lowest data plan but MySky diamond VIP states I should get a 3gb data boost each month, this hasn't been credited to my account yet, do I need to contact Sky to set this up or should it happen automatically, Or is my data plan not enough to earn this boost? MySky vip won't work on the app so can't find any info so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

The data boost should be added after you activate the sim but it might not be straight afterwards.

Hi @Pete19777 are you sure you read the offer correctly as the vip data boosts for new sims is normally just a one off ?
