2g Doro phone

Good evening

We have a big button Doro 1380 2g phone for my mother in law. It is currently on EE but its signal keeps falling in and out 

.

We are on Sky Mobile so would it be worth switching the Doro over to Sky as well ?

Hi @Treacletown  until you try a sky sim you won't know about the signal in her area. Sky use the O2 network. Also be aware the phone may be locked to EE and if it is it will need an unlocking code from them before a sky sim will work in it.

Have you tried putting your Sky SIM into her phone to see if it works?
