I remember when sky support was one of the best companies going, now it's a complete joke. Anyway I am in France as a diamond customer I have 25 GB of data to use of my unlimited data I pay for, leaving that aside, how do I know how much of that data I have used and when I have maxed it out? The stupid bot chat spins around in circles offers me a chat with a human then cuts me off 🤬. Anyone know the answer to this simple question? I am getting daily msgs telling me I can use this but also messages telling me to register for overseas roaming.

Re: 25gb diamond roaming limit
See this link
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-mobile-fair-usage-policy.
Roaming using Roaming Passport Plus (so in 120 countries) is now limited to 25GB per billing period.
From Skys own website...
"When you roam using our Roaming Passport Plus, we consider that up to 25GB per billing period is a reasonable amount of data to use. If you exceed this amount, we'll assume that you're no longer using data in the way expected of a reasonable customer for periodic travel."
"We may suspend your service, restrict your usage, or charge you for the data that you use in excess of these amounts (currently £2.50 per GB), and we'll let you know by SMS or email before we do so."

It costs any telco considerably more to purchase data transit over a foreign cellular network than it does at home: what you pay here for an unlimited tariff simply won't cover the cost of a similar provision elsewhere.
