2 sims 1 pac code move to 2 different providers

My partner and I are leaving Sky and moving to 2 different providers. We only have 1 pac code which my partner has used for his new provider. I have tried to use it for my new provider and it won't recognise it. Do I need to ask for another pac code from Sky for my number?

Sometimes one pac code can be used for two numbers so if you can't use it you will need another one from Sky to give to your new provider. If you are given the same nr have you spoken to your new provider about this to see what they say ?
