2 phones gone missing

I am very concerned that Sky has lost two mobile phones which I am now having to pay for. On the 3/4/25 I ordered a new phone swap. The phone was an iphone 16 pro. This phone was delivered but did not work and I was advised to send the phone back, keep my old phone and a new iPhone 16 pro would be sent to me. 
This new phone arrived on the 11th April 2025. As I was going away I didn't send the old phone back until my return but received an email from Sky on the 22nd April informing me that the iPhone 16 pro had been received by yourselves. 
I sent the iPhone 14 back on the 23rd April 2025.
I am now paying for three phones and I do not have two of them.
ive been told that the packaging for the iPhone 16pro that wasn't working was empty on return (had an email to confirm that it had been received)
any help gratefully received
