Since Friday one number I call daily is going straight to voicemail. I can call anyone else and everyone can call me. The other number has been checked and it should receive my call, not on divert or straight to voicemail. I've spoken to the tech department who have said it's because there is an issue with a mast. This has been ongoing for 5 days. There is another sky mobile user in the house who can call the same number and the call gets through. Any ideas please. The tech department say I have to wait for the mast to be fixed but it's been 7 days now

Yes it does, but don't know why it would only affect me calling only one number and other people in same house on sky mobile not affected
