wrong itv region

why has my sky go all of a sudden started to show itv london instead of my local station IE north east, it was working fine a few days ago but not now.

On the Sky Go app try channel 803 as that is where my local ITV region channel is.

No, still shows London, even though the picture above is from my own region. 

I have given up hope of anyone at sky doing anything about this now.  You'd think they'd at least change the picture.

Unfortunately it has never been sorted and i still can not get Meridian news on sky Go

Has this been sorted yet, I'm having the same problem, I have Sky Stream, my address and postcode is right, my local ITV region is Tyne Tees which I get on Sky Stream but on Sky Go, I get ITV London.

Nothing has been done here and Sky Go still shows ITV London.  The same is true on ITVX, however it is possible to watch your own (and any) regions' local news programmes online on there, after transmission until the next edition.

You can manually enter your region and save it. Go to media mole website for list of frequencies that match your region. Then on your sky box press settings manual tuning enter pin enter your frequency settings and save them. It won't save to channel 103. To view your regional news you have to go to manual tuning to select your saved region each day to watch it. It works

Thanks for that.  I already have other ITV regions on my Sky Q box, however there is no 'manual tuning' feature on Sky Go settings, so they cannot be watched there.
