Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@dvd1 I had the same problem with Sky Go on Windows 11. Go opened briefly, then displayed an error. After trying a lot iof different solutions, none of which made any difference, I used the Registry cleanup tool which is included with CCleaner as I've always found CCleaner to be reliable. If you want to try it, it's at your own risk - tinkering with the Registry can brick your PC/laptop! Be sure to backup the Registry first.
If Sky's messaging team invite you to an online chat, see what they say first, as they may have another solution that I'm not familiar with.
