Hi @IM15 That is extremely vague, what exactly are you trying to do? As the laptop is another screen, do you have a Multiscreen subscription?

@IM15 what are you trying to download is it recordings from you Q box or is it programmes/series that you see on Sky Go

I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

Can someone explain to me what I have to do to get F1 qualifying downloaded on the Laptop / Sky go?

OK I am trying to view the F1 Qualifying from yesterday. I can dowload it onto the tv, which I have done but it is not very useful if I can not watch it on the laptop as I am not at home....

If and when it is available to download then after selecting the selecting it you will see an option to download it to TV or your laptop.
