unable to watch sky sports on sky go using mobile data

For some reason I'm unable to use my mobile data (vodafone) to watch sky sports channels on the sky go app.  I've never had this problem before & when connected to wi-fi it's not a problem.  it's my data allowance so I should have the choice to use it or not.  is this a general problem or am I alone?  just to clarify; other channels work, just not sky sports. I have the full package & as I said, can watch sky sports through the app when connected to wi-fi

Annoyingly for sky, & I hope it does annoy them; I can watch BT Sport, Premier Sport, BBC Sport & even ITV Sport using my data just not sky sports...please sort this sky; if ITV can do it i'm sure you can!

You haven't said what is happening ?

If you are watching sports via the app have you tried installing the Sky Sports app to see if that will allow you to watch the live channels ?

As stated above, whilst using the Sky Go app I am unable to watch any live Sky Sports channel's unless I am on wifi.  I have tried the Sky Sports app instead & was able to watch some golf, however other live channels at the time (F1 qualifying for example) wasn't available through the Sky Sports app.  

Thanks for the advice, I'll continue to attempt to watch sky sports channels through either app until Sky actually get to the bottom of the issue

I have the same problem, but only since I've recently upgraded to iPhone 14 on Vodafone.....
