unable install sky go onto my laptop ansewrs from sky techicianpleases

went into playstore it shows unable to get in on my laptop have tried also the sky go installer but just get error code  the other devices i have it on but.....answers please sky

Would 'Playstore' would imply that's a Chromebook?
