You are either logged in with the wrong (perhaps old) ID or what you are trying to view isn't part of your Sky Tv package.

I am getting the same on my sky app but contract not due to renew till march next year ???

An upgrade your subscription message isn't connected with renewing your account so what is it you are trying to watch via the Sky Go app, live TV or on demand or recordings from a Sky Q box ?
