ive given up with this now,i was watching sky go on my windows ten desktop computer,up to about a month ago,ever since then the picture has gone dark,where the cross is at the bottom to turn on the sound thats not even letting me do that,ive been unstalling it and stalling it again a few times now ,it makes no diference.
We are having the same issue. Sky Go works on our iPhones and iPad but on the laptop we get a very dark screen and it quite often buffers. Tried uninstalling and installing again but did not solve it. Rubbish.
yes mine has not worked for weeks now on my desktop computer,at the moment im paying sky ,but not getting my full value for money,they said its because my windows 10 computer updated to another version and thats why i cant get sky go on it now,but it does seem a number of people including yourself now are getting this problem.
