sky go

Hi when I try to watch my sky q box on my pc via SKY GO, it only plays for 17 seconds whether or not i'm watching live tv or a recording.

Both my TPC and sky q box are using the same network.

If you gone into the settings on the Sky Go app have you tried turning the off the connection to the Q box then turning it back on again ?
