Sky go

Why can't I access all channels on sky go on my tablet. Will only allow me channels 1/5. When I try other channels it says this channel can't be watched due to technical issues. I have sky multi room so I should be able to access all channels. Does anyone have any answers as to why I have this issue.

Try signing out of the app then reboot your device and the sign back into the app.

Now it's telling me sky go is having trouble connecting to the network error (403).

If you haven't try rebooting the device the app is installed on.
