Hi my sky go stopped working on ps4 after update when signing in says i need sky multiroom or sky whole or sky go extra. i should have sky go extra from sky vip diamond can't find any mention on sky app or bill of having sky go extra just assumed i did as it's always worked.

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
