Can anyone help me with some clarification on sky go extra please sky go stopped working on ps4 trying to understand if your a sky vip diamond customer does this mean you should be able to get sky go extra free was told by customer service that because if wasen't on my sky app as an offer i would have to pay £5.

If you had already activated Sky Go Extra via Sky VIP then it should still be on your account now so was this the case and had you already claimed it ?

Thanks for repying I don't think i activated it as sky go on ps4 was working anyway apparently it was a glitch is it still possible to get as vip reward or as this been ended.

The offer for Sky Go Extra via Sky VIP finished a few days ago so do you have a Multiscreen or Whole Home sub on your package because if you don't then the only way to get it added to your account is by paying £5 a month for it.

 i just assumed i had sky go extra because it was working on ps4 then they have stopped this at the same time has pulling the offer on vip offer is a very annoying that i could have had it free but now i can't thankyou for your help it was very difficult to find this out from sky.

No don't have them

You are going to need to give Sky a call, at the very least it will be £5 to have Sky Go Extra on your account:
