signed up to sky stream yesterday and advised i would have immediate access to watch programmes on sky go, while i wait for pucs to be delivered.
i keep getting error message 0-01 if on tablet or 1404 on desktop. i am signing in with e mail address i joined sky with.
how can this be rectified?

This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:
