sky q with new vodafone hub can not connect to box to view recordings in skygo

Sky Q box

Vodafone Powerhub with wifi 6

I have multi room

I can watch live programs on Skygo on windows laptop and android tablet.

Both of these devices do not connect to Sky Q box to watch recordings on Skygo.

I have tried resetting wifi credentials on Sky Q box, but no change.

Do you have a multiscreen sub with your Sky Q TV package as you need this on your account before you will be able to connect the Sky Go app to your Sky Q box.

Is the option to connect to Sky Go turned on via your Sky Q box and the same setting on the Sky Go app ?

Thanks for the suggestions.

I  have now  solved the problem by resetting  everthing from scratch.

I am not sure where the problem was
