On my macbook SkyGo has not been working for the past two months; every time I open the app it says "We are having trouble connecting you. Please try again (001)". I tried everything and I have deleted and reinstalled the app several times. It is weird because on my iphone it works. Can somebody please help me?

Could anything on your Mac be blocking the app like a firewall ?
