I get the following error message when trying to watch on a Windows 11 pc. Any ideas? A delete/reinstall doesn't work. Neither does a Q-box reset.

Yes but then i'm unable to watch recordings, which is kind of the point. Thanks though.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreSomething else to try is on your Sky box go to Settings > Status. Go across to " Watch via Sky Go app" and then across to "Reactivate" and click on it.

I gave up on IOS devices months ago. I've just bought a new laptop on windows 11 and sky go now tells me code PFE 9049-IH. This is an absolute joke. Sky are taking everyone for fools with sky go. They are about to close down the Astra satellite and this will become obsolete (has been for 8 months.) I've been through the futile hoop of try this and try that. When I spoke to sky 6 months ago they said they knew it wasn't working and were trying to fix it. Just keep paying the money..... I AM NOT INTERESTED IN AN AUTOMATED TRY DELETING THE APP AND REINSTALLING IT RESPONSE. Pathetic!
