sky Go connect ion

Just signed up for Sky Stream (Sky Essential TV) and Sky Broadband. The only channel I can access via Sky Go is Sky Sport which we added to the package.  when I try to watch any other channel I get a message stating "To enjoy this service, please upgrade your subscription". Strange thing is this did work on the day I signed the contract but hasn't worked since the installation

Prior to instaltion you get access to all available content that is on the app then when your TV service is activated what you can view should match your TV subscription so as something isn't righ to get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.

Thanks for escalating this. We’ve sent @CathSky2 an invite to chat.

Sorry dont appear to have recieved communication via this forum. Did have call from support but they seem baffled and are still working on this. Awaiting another call back
