my sky account issue

Hello 

 

Abit of  atsrange one - 

 

i have had my own mobile with sky for ages now  - 5 years or something 

 

i go away soon adn wanted to download sky go to which i did - i then used my parents details as they have sky tv in there house - but used my email adress.

 

i now have all there sky bills etc on my sky account - is there a way to unlink this stuff?

Are you a Sky TV customer as well or do you just have Sky Mobile in your name ?

Then with the Sky Go app you will need to use your parents login details and if you want to access your account then on your mobile install the MySky app and login with your Sky ID and password.

hello,

 

i heve always had my sky on my phone.

 

i have made a sky go account for my parents

 

but their bills are still showing on my Sky account.
