javascript error

Just tried to run SkyGo from my laptop as my SkyQ box packed up last night and go this message. Ihave no idea how to resolve this - not that great with computers but I can follow any step-by-step instructions that might resolve this. HELP!!!

I have exactky the same error message. Did you manage to resolve this please?

Right click your Sky Go shortcut and "Open file location" and then delete SkyGo. This should let you re-install it. I was having the same issue and this has worked for me.
