having trouble with recordings / downloads

Since moving to EE I would appear to have an issue downloading - watching new recordings on my Macbook

I am trying to record / download this but when i press either of the download buttons, the second one appears. As you can see I have multi-screen - what am i doing wrong. I can watch all the other recordings that are in my recordings page, but not this one. Ive just noticed that onlike the other programmes, the download doesnt give me an option to download to computer, only the hard drive

Sorry everyone - for anyone wondering why, it is because programmes from BBC cannot be used with Sky Go, so will have to use iplayer app instead

Perhaps I have always done that in the past.
