I have an ipad Cannot access skygo due to error message 4090.
I have changed app , rebooted, disconnected to no avail.
Can you help please .

https://www.sky.com/manage/bill/
You might then be asked to link it to your ID and you will need your Sky account number or your viewing card number to do this.
