error code PFE9903

keep gettin a message to say that i am running software capable of capturing video, to carry on watching i must turn off all capturing functions but to contact customer services and quote error code PFE9903.

So have you identified this software and stopped it whilst using Sky Go?

On your PC or Mac make sure background programs like the snipping tool is closed.
