Sky Go Desktop repeatedly downloads update, won't open.

Running Sky Go on M4 iMac 15.3.  Sky Go opens, downloads update. installer opens and installs update, sky go opens and downloads update etc etc.  It is stuck in a ;loop.  All thoughts welcome.

Add: Just binned and reloaded the app.  Now working.  Probably should have thought of that earlier....
