error code 1410
I get this code when using sky go on my laptop for BT Sport chs. 1-4 only . I have no problems with my home sky box. my Android devices don.t work eithre . i ahve the correct subscriptions . Reinstalling sky go etc doesn't fix the problem . I had the same trouble 9 months ago and it was only fixed when my problem was escalated to sky . This is so frustrating .

Are you still paying Sky for the BT Sports package or are you paying BT themselves ?

I pay BT through my phone contract for the BT sports package ( this is now TNT ) I can get Eurosport ok . i had this problem in the past and you got SKY to reset it for me .
