download Sky Go to Mac laptop

Can I get advice on how to install the Skygo installer. Step 1 works but then i cannot open the installer.

Exactly the same problem. Brand new Mac but impossible to load Sky Go. I see elsewhere Sky have closed this conversation hoping it will just go away!

It needs rosetta 2 installed but im unsure how to do that without using code which i am unfamiliar with
