Trying to use skygo on my laptop and it giving me an error code:1410 and not allowing me to watch anyting

Hi there, sorry i just realised i was signed in as the wrong user,. It is working now , thanks for your help

Are you new to Sky or a returning customer who has returned after being away for 12 months or more ?

Has this been working for you previously ?
