Try uninstallimng the app then installing it again.

I had the same issue. Rebooted my main sky Q box (turned off for 30 seconds then back on). Skygo acces to recordings now working again on all extra devices (PC, android mobile and ipad).

 

Frustrating as I wanted to watch NFL without knowing the results. By the time I resolved the issue I'd seen the outcome of the games I was about to watch.
