he downloaded the app on his ps4 to watch in his room and it worked perfectly before but a while ago I cancelled my sky but a couple mouths ago got it again. since then every time he tried to log into the app it says we don't have the revelavnt subscription which we do as we tried it on laptop and phone and works fine on there. he's typing in the details correctly and tried deleting and redownloading the app but still nothing.
