I would dletecand re-add the You Tube app as it is possible thst mightbhelp. Also check the settings of Sky Briadband Shield in the My Sky app as if set to a low age setting it will block You Tube completely.

Having the same issue, none of my devices will play media when connected by WiFi. But if choose data on phone they'll play. Also none of the red button games will play on my sky q box. Can browse Internet fine.

Hi, I've got the same problem on all devices (mobiles, tv, projector, etc). As soon I'll change WiFi to mobile data and share across devices YouTube works perfectly. I don't know if someone can help

Yep, same here, past 3-4 days we're having issues on WiFi using the YouTube app. Videos just seem to stop loading...

Find out more@WoollyRamoth You Tube is working normally over my Sky connection so while I am not saying your issue isnt real simply thst it is not affecting all connections. I would suggest you and others affected report this to Sky after confirming it isnt an issue with Broadband Shield which you can test by temporarily turning the shield off in the My Sky app.

I should add...
youtube works ok through a VPN, suggesting it could be something like heavy-handed traffic inspection/filtering sky end.
My Broadband Shield is set to off.

Sky tried everything..reboot the works.. still got the same issue and downloads are very slow
