Xbox one

My sky tv app on Xbox suddenly stopped working. Still have multi room on my account. 
Error message just says an error has occurred try again later. This has been happening for days. If I try to watch something on catch up it starts for a few seconds then stops and shows error message.  And live tv us just sky news. Try to change channels and the same message shows.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
