Why are not all Recordings are able to be downloaded to my phone with Sky Go ?

Why is there no option to download to my phone SOME recordings ?

For example today on Sky F1, the Qualifying session, yet the 3rd practice session ealier today can be and the 1st and 2nd yesterday were fine.

I pay a lot for Sky and getting increasing fed up with the crap service, constand price hikes and inconsistancies like this.

Is it a bug or deliberate by sky ?

I have the same issue and trying to find a resolution. Have you sorted yours ?

Annoyingly 2 days later, the one I wanted to download suddenly became eligable to download. Pit as I had already watched it by then on the sky box.
